1. Returns Eligibility
You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order under the following conditions: a) The product is damaged, defective, or does not match its description. b) The product is missing components, accessories, or other included items.
2. Return Conditions
For a seamless return process, please follow these guidelines: a) Return the product in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. b) Ensure the product hasn’t been damaged during use and is the same item originally delivered. c) Remove all personal information from any devices before returning them. Laptop Menu is not responsible for misuse of any such data. d) Products returned due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., incorrect model or color) may not be eligible for return.

No additional fees will apply for eligible refunds. a) Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the issue arises from a Laptop Menu error. b) A 10% restocking fee may apply depending on the product’s condition.
